  • Do you have a physical store?
    Unfortunately we are strictly an online retailer, which allows us to operate without the typical expenses of a physical store such as leases/rent, staff, etc. Because of this, we are able to offer our products at an affordable price for our customers.
  • Is it safe to use enter my credit card details?
    Yes! All transactions are done through Square, an external payment gateway which handles all our payment transactions for us. Square is widely known for their top notch security when dealing with payments, giving you peace of mind when you purchase with us.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Obelisk Pickleball ships only throughout Australia using Australia Post’s eParcel system. All orders are trackable online. FREE Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $120.00 AUD. Flat rate shipping of $10.00 AUD applies to all orders under $120.00. Express shipping for $18.00 AUD can be applied to all orders. Delivery times vary around Australia depending on location, time and other various factors. Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping.
  • What is your return policy?
    Obelisk Pickleball will accept the return or exchange of any product purchased from our company within 14 days after you receive your order. All equipment must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept equipment that has been used or is no longer in the original packaging. For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. To return a product, please contact us via email or by filling out the contact form in the contact section of our homepage :)
